Equipment introduction:

1.This machine is used for the press-fitting process of rotor blades.

2.The equipment adopts the vibrating disc discharging method (capacity > 240 pieces).

3.Press-in method: servo press-in.

4.Press-in accuracy: ±0.15 mm.

5.The pressure monitoring system is equipped during the press-fitting process. When the pressure is too large or too small and exceeds the set force, it will automatically enter the defective product area.

6.Equipped with defective product recycling area.

7.Configure the conveyor line to complete the automatic production equipment for unmanned operation.

8.The device automatically distinguishes the front and back of the fan blades.

9.Working air pressure: 0.5-0.7MPa.

10.Application areas: electric tool rotors, garden tool rotors, vacuum cleaner motor rotors, small home appliance rotors, sewing machine motor rotors and other fields.
