Process flow of rotor comprehensive tester

Process flow of rotor comprehensive tester: high voltage, resistance, inter-turn and insulation withstand voltage test, if unqualified, waste recycling.

1. High voltage test: Perform high voltage test on the rotor to accurately detect its performance under high voltage environment.

If the rotor fails to pass the high voltage test, it is judged as unqualified and enters the waste recycling link immediately to prevent defective products from flowing into subsequent processes.

2. Resistance test: Use professional equipment to accurately measure the rotor resistance and obtain resistance value data to evaluate whether the conductivity of the rotor meets the standard requirements. Simultaneously carry out inter-turn waveform test and insulation withstand voltage test to comprehensively check the insulation performance and inter-turn status of the rotor winding.

If the rotor fails to meet the standards in any of the three comprehensive tests (resistance test, inter-turn waveform test, insulation withstand voltage test), it will be judged as unqualified and will be sent to the waste recycling site.

Ensure that only rotors that have passed the test can enter the next production stage to ensure the overall quality and safety of the product.
