The variable displacement compressor driven by the brushless DC motor can be cooled on demand with electronic speed control, which is energy-saving and efficient. It can also quickly control temperature, reduce noise and improve comfort.
2.2 Air conditioning blower
The brushless DC motor is used in the air conditioning blower, which can precisely control the air volume with infinite speed regulation. It can flexibly adjust the air speed according to the temperature feedback in the car to keep the temperature stable; its high efficiency makes the energy consumption lower under the same air volume, reduces the power burden of the whole vehicle and improves the vehicle's endurance.
3. Automobile auxiliary equipment
3.1 Electric power steering system (EPS)
In the EPS system, the brushless DC motor provides precise steering assistance based on the vehicle speed and steering wheel angle signal. Compared with traditional hydraulic power assistance, it has lower energy consumption, and the power assistance is dynamically adjusted with the vehicle speed. It is light at low speed and stable at high speed. In addition, the system structure is compact and easy to integrate and control, which is in line with the trend of automobile intelligence.
3.2 Automobile cooling fan
The engine and battery cooling fans are equipped with brushless DC motors, which can adjust the speed in real time according to the temperature. It rotates slowly or stops at low temperatures to save energy and reduce noise, and speeds up and dissipates heat at high temperatures, which can not only ensure the core components operate at a constant temperature, but also reduce consumption and improve the durability of the vehicle.
