Stator double-station winding machine process

The stator double-station winding machine has the function of dual-station simultaneous operation, precise winding and cutting, and effectively improves production efficiency and product quality.

Loading and clamping: The stator core is manually placed in the station and fixed with a clamping device to ensure that the stator does not move or shake during winding.

Winding: The motor drives the mechanical cam mechanism to run on a curved track, driving the winding rod to wind the wire in the core.

Wire cutting and unwinding: After winding, the wire cutting assembly cuts off the enameled wire, the clamping device releases the stator core, and the unloading device is removed.
